Hit the river to see if the rancher had put up the fence that was down all last year cause of the conatser ruling. i was hoping he hadn't cause, if not, i was fishing through since there are no other indications of private property. i fished my way up and got into a number of fish, but only netted 2. today was one of those days that i missed a bunch of fish. as i rounded the bend i could see that the fence was up. i fished up to it then had to work my way back down. hit a few moew fish heading down but nothing else to hand.

That rancher has a beautiful fence....
Now that cant be legal... sure isnt around here. what about a bunch of kids on tubes coming around the corner and running it to that!
Or the personal pontooners who dig small tight water..
