This really does show us how hard we must work to prevent such damaging schemes from ever being implemented in the first place.

Here we can actually benefit from hindsight.

The expected increase in populations of salmon and steelhead multiplied by 100 (okay 99) is the scale of the harm done. All those creatures that went unborn, all those links in the food chain that never happened and sustained nothing. There is nothing green about hydro...
